Mr. Picard is the co-founder and Executive Vice President of The VERTEX Companies (VERTEX) and has been responsible for operational and business development since inception in 1995. Mr. Picard's responsibilities include establishment and initial management of new profit centers and divisions, direct client development and management, and overall revenue growth of the company. Mr. Picard also works on numerous technical projects in the construction and environmental fields. |
Michael Pellegri |

Mr. Pellegri has over twelve years of supervisory expertise on a wide variety of construction projects, ranging from $100K to $130M in contract values. He is an extremely strong willed individual who excels in large challenging projects requiring leadership and organization. Michael understands the importance of contract management as well as project cash flow and has successfully completed prime projects on all levels, including direct bid, joint venture, design build, and surety completion. In addition, he has pioneered several project systems for VERTEX, which are successfully being utilized on projects throughout the country. Mr. Pellegri's diverse background in construction project management, coupled with his understanding of surety business needs makes him uniquely qualified. |
Warren Maierhofer, P.E. |

Warren has 15 years of field and managerial experience directing environmental restoration, demolition & decommissioning and construction projects. He has worked extensively for the petrochemical industry, commercial and industrial lenders, and the insurance sector. His technical skills are combined with a practical understanding of risk management and financial issues. In the past four years, he has focused exclusively on "at risk" projects, litigated remediation, construction defects, and environmental claims. |
Jon K. Lemieux, P.E. |

Mr. Lemieux has a strong background in civil engineering with an emphasis in construction management. As Divisional Finance Manager with VERTEX, Mr. Lemieux has provided construction management, value engineering, construction claims consulting and other consulting services for several large to medium sized surety clients. His responsibilities include construction management, claims and contractual evaluation; change order analysis; schedule and cost analysis; and litigation support. |
Diana Minchella |

Ms. Minchella has strong background in construction management with an emphasis in structural and civil engineering. She has provided construction management, value engineering and consulting services for several large Surety companies for projects in the New York, Connecticut and Boston areas. These projects typically involve large public entities such as the New York City Transit Authority, LIRR, Dormitory Authority of the State of New York and Department of Design and Construction |
