VERTEX performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments at a portfolio of five oil change properties on Pennsylvania and New York. In addition to standard ESA items, VERTEX also assessed site compliance with applicable Spill Protection, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) plan requirements, as well as environmental permit compliance relating to RCRA, air emissions, and other applicable programs.
