VERTEX has completed hundreds of tank pull oversight/claim investigations at gasoline station properties across the United States on behalf of commercial tank insurers. These activities included oversight of scheduled tank removals and the completion of claim investigations in the event a suspected release is identified at the service station property. Claim investigations focus on the number, cause, origin, timing, nature and extent of any and all release(s). In addition, if releases have occurred VERTEX provides claims management assistance to bring the sites to regulatory closure.
