VERTEX conducted Phase I and Phase II ESAs at a former car dealership located in México City. The property was being cleared and redeveloped as a residential apartment complex. Following due diligence, the scope of work was extended to also include the management of the environmental remediation necessary during the redevelopment process.
Finally, VERTEX provided all necessary documentation and assisted in regulatory negotiations to facilitate a resale of the site. VERTEX was able to assist the client with initial due diligence (Phase I Environmental Site Assessment), development, remediation and resale of the site.
