VERTEX/CAT conducted 40 Phase I ESAs and Asbestos Surveys of real estate assets throughout central England. Summary tables of relevant findings and risk rankings were issued within ten days of project authorization. Based on the environmental issues, liability costs per site were generated and provided with the reports for use during negotiations.         

Relevant logistics included the organization of consultant field teams, laboratory analytical receipts for the asbestos surveys, and field team access arrangements. All assessments were completed with final reports submitted to the client within 30 days of project authorization. All reports were issued via electronic compact disk.
