This project entailed the construction of a medium security prison located in Trinidad, CO. Vertex was brought in by the surety when the CDOC defaulted on the original contractor after the project was approximately 50% billed out. The project was made up of seven precast buildings on a twenty-acre site. Vertex performed the following services for the Surety on this project: Cost to Complete, Project Relet, and Follow-up Project Monitoring.
