Vertex was retained by Arch Insurance Company to prepare an independent cost-to-complete analysis for the Alteration to Building "E" project at Kings County Hospital. The purpose of the study was to provide an assessment of the project status with respect to schedule, costs and current management at the time. Vertex conducted two site visits, met with key project personnel and reviewed project related documentation in conjunction with completing this report. The project involved the following work: power, lighting, public address system, heat tracing, grounding system, fire alarm system and nurse call system.
