This project consisted of the construction of a 24-bed facility at Pilgrim State Psychiatric Center. The work included carpentry, masonry, ceramic tile, flooring, ornamental iron, roofing, and landscaping. Vertex provided the following services: quantified items in need of remedial work, CPM scheduling, complete construction management, coordination and supervision of construction work, and coordinated effectively with the Owner, Engineers, and Subcontractors.
