Vertex provided Construction Management for the completion of a 200-bed VA Hospital in Bedford, MA. The project consisted of a complete demolition and rehabilitation of the existing building to achieve ADA compliance. The project also called for complete installation of new electrical and mechanical systems and installation of all hospital components. The work specifically included: asbestos removal, installation of all hospital components equipped with medical gas and in-house security, complete electrical and mechanical upgrades, and architectural renovations.
