Vertex managed the relet and completion of this $30 million Colorado highway and bridge expansion project in Denver, CO on the busiest highway interchange in the state. From relet to completion, Vertex provided full project monitoring and management services. Vertex was responsible for all remaining contract responsibilities through the project's completion, including project administration, financial oversight, processing of pay applications, monitoring of contractor and subcontractor progress, review and approval of change order requests, cost control and fiscal management.
