The SpringHill Suites Hotel project is located on Tower Road near the Denver International Airport. Vertex was retained by Minnesota Surety and Trust Company after the fire sprinkler subcontractor failed to meet schedule deadlines and potentially jeopardizing customer/client relations. This four story, 65,000 square foot facility has 120 guest rooms, an indoor pool, and two conference rooms. The wood framed constructed, EIFS veneer facility is back on completion schedule, with aid from Vertex.
