The Staybridge Hotel project is located on Tower Road by the Denver International Airport. The work consists of a six-story extended stay hotel of approximately 104,500 feet with 152 guest rooms, buffet area, retail space and indoor pool. The facility is a concrete and steel stud structure with brick siding and stucco veneer. Windows with clear gazing, EPDM adhered roof with prefinished metal flashing, gutters, and downspouts.
