The Avon Middle-High School additions and renovations project consisted of the multi-phased renovation and new construction of an existing, occupied facility. Due to a previously terminated general contractor many portions of the school were left incomplete. The scope included the renovation of the existing Middle School and New School Buildings, new construction of a two story connector building and attached new gymnasium. Time constraints and the fact that the school was occupied added to the challenges on this project. The project was substantially completed within an approximated three months time period allowing students and teachers to occupy key areas of the new school.
