The West Revere School Complex contains the Whelan Elementary and Susan B. Anthony Middle Schools in Revere, Massachusetts. The school contains classroom spaces, a gymnasium, auditorium, administration suites, and playgrounds. Vertex took over this project after the original Contractor went out of business and was defaulted on the contract. Vertex's services included punch list completion, coordination of all trades on the project, contract closeout, and review of over 70 payment bond claims.
