The original Contract called for the construction of six (6) single-story precast tilt-up buildings totaling 448,600 square feet (SF) of office and warehouse space, as well as the installation of associated infrastructure and utilities. This work was divided between two work sites, approximately 1/2 mile apart, located on the grounds of the Denver International Airport (DIA). New roads, a taxiway, and an aircraft ramp were also to be included in the project. Tenant Improvements were identified as a possible add-in, to be included at the Owner's discretion.
