The project encompassed the completion of all exterior site work around the new Liberty Mutual Regional Office. All contract work was completed within a two-week period in order to meet Turner Construction Company's final completion date and grand opening. By doing so, all liquidated damages were avoided. This was an extremely aggressive schedule that required a 12-hour mobilization period, less than 24 hours buyout period, and seven days a week attention. In addition, the project came in under budget.
