Vertex provided completion services to rehabilitate Vladeck Houses. Vladeck Houses is a public housing project consisting of approximately 1,776 apartments in 10 buildings and associated public spaces located on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Vertex managed the restoration of the structures, the rehabilitation of the interiors of all apartments, and the water integrity of the project's 10 buildings.
