This project consisted of removal and replacement of station elevators at eight locations. The project included installation of new electrical switchgear, structural repairs, plumbing, HVAC and miscellaneous architectural rehabilitation. The work included the following: quantified items in need of remedial work, CPM scheduling, complete construction management, coordinated and supervised all construction work and coordinated effectively with the Owner, Engineers, and Subcontractors.
