This contract consisted of a complete rehabilitation of the existing fan plants at two locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan. The project included installation of new fans, fan motors, control work, electrical work, plumbing work, and miscellaneous architectural work. Vertex provided comprehensive construction management services for the completion of this contract including coordination and supervision of the construction work and coordination with the owner, engineer, architect, and subcontractors.
