Vertex provided Construction Management for the $6,000,000 completion of numerous signal enclosures and a five-story signal tower which served as the NYCT Signal Headquarters for the #6 Train Line in NYC. The project consisted of installation of a new electrical and signal system along with miscellaneous structural and architectural renovations throughout 20 train stations. The work included coordination of the complete electrical and signal system change over, complete mechanical installation, heavy site construction including roadways, landscaping, sidewalks, and utilities. Work was completed with no interruption in service for the NYCT.
