Vertex completed the renovation of the existing 5-story library at Queens College. The project included the installation of electrical, plumbing, sprinkler and HVAC systems, installation of architectural finishes, exterior masonry, interior framing and carpentry, painting tiling, landscaping, etc. Vertex prepared the cost to complete analysis, remedial work analysis, provided CPM scheduling, complete construction management including coordination and supervision of the construction work.
