Performed cost to complete analysis and issued a request for proposal to assist a major surety in the replacement of the bonded general contractor for the $3 million Chlorinated Facility Upgrade of the Mid Valley Water Reclamation Plant for the Coachella Valley Water District Plant #4. Investigated the owner's termination of the general contractor for default on their contract. Assisted the surety in the solicitation, evaluation and selection of the replacement contractor.
