Vertex Construction Services Inc was hired by the City of North Miami Beach to assist in the overall completion of the Norwood water treatment plant facility. Vertex's unique work scope included the implementation and monitoring of specific systems to assist in pushing this delayed project to completion. Vertex worked closely with all project teams including GC, Engineer, Owner, Plant Managers, Architect and subcontractors and utilized daily milestones to accelerate the project work flow.
