Vertex was retained by counsel to monitor the completing contractor retained by the surety. The original contractor was terminated due to failure to progress and for poor workmanship. After the relet, the completing contractor experienced financial problems, exacerbating completion by the surety. The work included: quantified items in need of remedial work, CPM scheduling, complete construction management, coordination and supervision of all construction work, and coordination with the owner, engineers, and subcontractors.
