VERTEX’s Amin Terouhid, Ph.D. will be presenting at the upcoming AACE International 60th Annual Meeting. The meeting, taking place in Toronto from June 26th to the 29th, 2016, is a longstanding event for construction and real estate professionals.
The AACE technical program represents top building information modeling, claims and dispute resolution, cost and schedule control, professional development, estimating, global projects, IT/IM in project and cost management, owner issues, project controls, project management, planning and scheduling, decision and risk management, skills and knowledge of cost engineering, and total cost management presentations on the best topics in the industry. All technical sessions have undergone a rigorous peer-review process led by the AACE Technical Board. All technical sessions have been approved for continuing education units.
Dr. Terouhid’s presentations on June 26th will focus on two articles:
- Session 1: Structuring Construction Claim Investigation Processes to Reduce Cognitive Bias
- Session 2: Planning and Scheduling Requirements of Subway Station Rehabilitation/Renovation Projects
